Reserve Online and Test Drive

Once the £99 reservation fee is paid online, we will reserve your chosen car for 3 days (72 hours which is the Reservation Period) to allow you to arrange a viewing and test drive with our sales team. If you make an appointment within the Reservation Period, we will reserve the car for you until the time of your appointment. You will receive an email with confirmation of payment and the Reservation Period will start from the time you receive the email. If you do not receive an email, please contact sales@wontacar.co.uk

If you do not make an appointment within 3 days (72 hours), the Reservation Period will end, and your reservation will be cancelled, and £99 fee will be refunded to you.

There may be circumstances when the car has already sold within a short period of time before the website can be updated. If this occurs, we will contact you to confirm your reservation has been cancelled and refunded.  We can help find an alternative car for you though.

If you purchase the car during the appointment, your reservation fee will be used as part-payment towards the car and will be deducted from the total price. You are not obliged to purchase the car during the viewing appointment. If you decide not to purchase it, your reservation fee will be refunded.

Any refunds can only be processed by the same method as the original payment and to the same card. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the request, or of cancellation of your reservation, or upon your confirmation that you do not wish to purchase the car.

90-day Wontacar Free Warranty Cover

The 90-day free warranty cover period is from the date of collection as stated on the sale invoice. The warranty cover will exclude any defects that are deemed to be a result of everyday or mileage related wear and tear.

The vehicle must come back to Wontacar for an inspection to establish the issue, authorise the claim and repair on your behalf. For any reason this isn't possible, you must not take to a third party and commence any work without authorisation by us. Failure to comply with this requirement will affect your ability to claim under the free 90-day cover.

To allow us to authorise any work by a third party garage, we will require a detailed quotation of work to be carried out by a VAT registered garage and will need confirmation of vehicle mileage, full explanation of fault, full details of the parts being replaced and labour time. We will then authorise if agree with the quotation and claim.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
