We hope you love your car but if you change your mind, you can return the car to us within 14 days from the day after your collection date. This guarantee is only available on any distance sales and off-premises Click & Collect purchases.
If you change your mind for any reason within the 14-days guarantee, simply follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service team by emailing: michelle@wontacar.co.uk
Let us know you wish to cancel the agreement within the applicable 14 days cancellation period and read the below conditions.
2. We’ll acknowledge receipt by email and will then arrange the car’s collection. To meet the guarantee deadline, you need to tell us you’re exercising your right to cancel by 8pm on the last day of the guarantee period ending.
3. Collection will be from your home address (as address on supplied ID at purchase/click and collect collection).
Please note, the original Click & Collect Delivery Fee of £129 is none refundable.
We’ll repay the purchase price back to the original form of payment method including the £99 reservation fee but excluding the delivery fee.
You are liable for any parking fines, congestion charges and any fines/penalties while the vehicle is in your possession.
We can’t accept a return if the car has been modified or altered from the original condition it was received in or if the car has been in an accident or is damaged.
You must not use the car after telling us you’re cancelling the agreement and the car needs to be kept in the same condition it was collected from us/the seller by you/the buyer.
The car must be in the same condition it was collected in and a member of our team will inspect the car during collection to ensure it is in the same condition as per Pre-Delivery Inspection Report (signed by you/customer at point of collection). If the condition is not as per the original Pre-Delivery Inspection Report since collection and the value of the car is impacted, reasonable costs will be incurred to cover any damage or repairs (Damage Payment) and will be deducted from the refund.
The car must stay taxed and insured until collected by us.
