Can you deliver a car to my home?

Yes. We can deliver direct to your home, but only after you have reserved and test driven the car at our main office hub in Chester. Once you are 100% happy and paid for the car, we can then deliver it direct to your home for £129 within 50 miles or £299 for postcodes further than 50 miles.

Can I part-exchange my car?

We may consider a part-exchange if your car is a hatchback and has been maintained to a high standard with good service history and has more than 3 months MOT remaining.

Does Wontacar offer finance?

Sorry, as we are a new start-up business, we currently can't offer finance but will be offering as soon as possible.

Can I arrange a test drive?

Yes of course. The only requirement for booking a test drive is that you must have a valid full UK driver’s photo license, which you must present on the day of your test drive. All other aspects such as insurance are covered by us. To book a test drive, simply reserve the car online for a fully refundable £99 fee and we'll contact you to arrange a suitable date.

How can I pay for my new car?

The preferred payment method is a bank transfer. Please contact Customer Care for our bank details or you'll also find them on your order form.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes, all cars we sell come with a free 90-day warranty cover for peace of mind purchasing and driving. For more information click here

Does Wontacar charge an admin fee?

No, we do not charge an admin fee on any car purchases or cars we buy as a private sale.

Do Wontacar do a HPI check?

Yes, Wontacar carry out a HPI check on every car and will provide it within a purchase pack which comes with every car purchased. That means our cars have no outstanding finance, have not been reported stolen and never been written off.

I have a fault with my car?

If you experience a fault with your car within your 90-day warranty cover, please refer to your warranty booklet provided within your purchase pack which will explain how to make a claim and email warranty@wontacar.co.uk or call customer service on 07935 186209.

I need to change my Click & Collect date?

Don't worry, if for any reason you need to change the date of collecting your car from a click & collect location, please give us notice of at least 24 hours so we can cancel the delivery. Simply email gary@wontacar.co.uk or call customer service on 07935 186209.
